I hate to rehash the events of yesterday, because I'm sure we've all watched and read plenty of news--especially if you live in the US. But my heart and prayers go out to all the families involved in the tragedy in Connecticut. Tears rolled down my cheeks at the thought of their pain-their loss. There really aren't words. But, it served as a reminder to me of how quick our lives can change in an instant-we just never know. So, I hugged my kids a little tighter and spoke a little sweeter and prayed with much gratitude for what I do have today. I hope we all can take a moment and be grateful for what we have and send many thoughts and prayers to those who have lost a loved one.

Yesterday's news was so heartbreaking. Had my 3 young grandchildren spend the night last night and felt so blessed that I had them and I can't even imagine what those families are going through that lost their loved ones. So so sad...
All too sad !!!
Thank you so much! My thoughts and prayers are with all those affected by the tragedy .. so senseless and such a waste!! I am an Australian, and I must admit, I truly just do not understand the love of guns in USA .. I know it is all relative to our upbringings; but I simply cannot understand when this sort of thing keeps happening. All I can say is: I am so glad that it is not something that the majority of Aussies possess. This is not meant as a criticism in any way .. just a lack of understanding on my part :(
Thank you :)
