A Christmas Carol

Yesterday, we had the opportunity to attend some community theater.  We took our oldest three kids to "A Christmas Carol" and it was fabulous!  I've always loved the story that Dickens tells of a man who turns his life around in just one night!  What a beautiful reminder this story is of redemption and forgiveness and fresh starts.  It was a wonderful addition to our Christmas traditions! I think we may have to go every year!

I also finished up some of the last of the shopping.  I think I am finally completely done!  Of course I won't think too hard on that, or I'm sure I'll just come up with more I think I need to buy!  Why is it that this time of year seems to do that?
