Christmas 2002 found us in a little rental home in Henderson. We were able to find something back in our old neighborhood and it was so nice to be back! It was a fun and quiet Christmas. Abby was just over a year and a half, so she got it a little more! I'm having a hard time remembering some of the gifts from that year, and I'm not sure why! I just asked Chipper what he remembered and he said that he got a playstation and games that year. Mitchell got a GeoTraxx train set, but we still can't remember what Abby got! I'm sure it was a doll or something of that sort! I also remember Chipper getting a little stuffed dog that he named Devil! He loved that puppy!!
Another thing I remember from that year was Advent Calendars. I started buying the Playmobile calendars and each day they would open a box and it would build a Christmas scene. It was so fun and cute! Every morning, we would gather together and read a little bit from the Christmas story in the Bible and open a gift. It was such a nice morning tradition!
