Simple Gratitude

Good morning all!  I hope that you are having a good month so far.  I would love to hear if any of you are working on the gratitude journal, even if it is just in the thought process, at this point.  For me, I have started it, but I will admit that some of the prompts are still in the thinking stage for me!  I need the weekend to put the ideas in my head down on paper (or the computer, as it were!)  I hope, that if nothing else, these daily thoughts get you thinking and make this month just a little more meaningful.

Most talk about Thanksgiving as a speed bump into Christmas, or a boring holiday that has nothing fun to do, all month long.  I have to admit, for me, Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays.  I love everything about it.  I'm looking for ways to make the holiday last all month long so I can give my children an appreciation of this holiday.  So, as I come up with ideas, I will be sharing them here!

Yesterday was such a busy day, but a fun one.  I went to my son's performance of Grease last night and it was a blast! He did a great job.  It is so much fun to watch him grow and progress, especially with his voice!  He has come so far!

Thursdays are also my day to take Noah (my baby) to Kindermusic!  He is so cute and  I love watching him learn new things and interact with other children!

Yesterday, I mentioned that I had gotten some scrapping done, the day before and would share the layouts!  Here they are, showing the kits I used and a link to each of them.

Kit I used:

I love this one, of my hubby when he was a young boy!
This kit was perfect for scrapping this photo:

Each of these templates used one of the free templates, I will be giving out this month, so keep an eye out for them!

Here is today's freebie:

For today's prompt:

What Challenge in life am I grateful for?

One day, in retrospect, the years of struggle will strike you as the most beautiful.
