Happy Veterans Day

I know there is a Veteran's Day tag in the kit, I should have had it as the freebie for today.  And I also know that yesterday was technically the holiday, but  since today was when we celebrated it, I wanted to post a bit.

I am eternally grateful for so many brave women and men who continue to defend our country.  I can't even begin to imagine their sacrifice and the sacrifice of their families.  We are so blessed and live a pretty easy life, thanks to the freedoms that have been fought for, for many years.  My grandfather fought in World War 2. He was also taken prisoner and held for a period of time in Japan. I don't have a lot of details about it, he never talked about it  much.  I know that he was just 1 of many who gave up so much and experienced so much so that family back home would be safe. So thank you, to every veteran.
